The arch support provided by the Pro11 3/4 Slim Fit Insoles can help to prevent Achilles tendinitis, which is caused by overuse of the Achilles tendon in the leg. This tendon is activated whenever you jump, walk, run, or stand on the balls of your feet, and can become inflamed with repetitive motion. Achilles tendinitis may also be caused, or aggravated, by over-pronated feet, high arches and wearing poorly-supportive footwear.
These insoles have been designed to fit most styles of shoes. Due to their three-quarter length, they should fit narrow shoes and those with a pointed toe. 3/4 Slim Fit Insoles can be used for everyday activities, as well as low-impact sports.
