Please Note:Do not put both the new insoles and your current insoles in the shoes at the same time as it would be too thick and wide and it usually needs 3-7 days to get used to arch support inserts.We strongly recommend starting with 2-7 hours a day and gradually increasing the time every day.
How to choose insole size:According to your own insole size, refer to the size chart in the listing picture to choose the appropriate insole size. According to the instruction manual of the insole, you can trim the insole to a suitable size.
How to use it:Take your old insoles out first.Place insole into shoe to test forsize. lf needed, trim the insoles according to your old insoles.Ensure that the new insoles lays flat against bottom of your shoe. if it doesn't fit, continue to trim as needed.
Foot pain relief and prevention: orthotic inserts provide rigid arch support, reduce overstretching of plantar fasciitis. Helps relieve stress and pain caused by flat feet, fallen arches, bunions, lower back pain. Achilles tendonitis and also bunion pain. Provides moderate control and support while working and standing, comfort and cushioning for everyday use.
Hard and high arch support: Metatarsalgia insoles align your body by supporting the subtalar joint and preventing overpronation or supination. Extra high arch support and deep heel cup structure with maximum cushioning keep the foot bone vertically and in balance to provide stability.
Comfortable material for all day standing:heel pad excellent for shock absorption and pain relief. The black hard material supports the arch of the foot and wraps around your heel while running or jogging. And good fabric reduces odour formation and keeps feet fresh.
