They are rich in cereals, a source of fibre, contain no added colours or preservatives and have a low glycemic index (GI). Plus, these delicious, crunchy biscuits are scientifically shown to provide 4 hours of sustained energy release to keep you going all morning. It contains barley, oats, wheat, may contain eggs, milk, may contain nuts, may contain peanuts, rye, soya. It contains spelt flour.
